Reviews Sep 8, 2020 This story touched my heart in so many ways!
I've always loved the anime for years, but I only got to read the manga recently. The anime already stole my heart, but the manga just gave me so much more insight on the plot and the characters. The whole manga was so well rounded, there was not an arc I did not enjoy. The manga made me laugh and cry so much! I was able to understand each character so much more and fell in love with all of them as well. When they smiled, I smiled as well, and when they cried, I cried ... Apr 27, 2020 OKAY so! First off i'm definitely not the type to read mangas, I'm one of those people... I've watched anime ever since I was a kid and always refused to read the manga but recently I decided to rewatch the anime and read into the rest of the story.
I rated everything a 10 which might not be a lot from me because I rate everything I watch a 10, but this definitely deserved it. Story: 10
I love rom-coms and the manga just topped off my dreams for the anime, reading the manga genuinely made me cry, I don't care about cliches, I feel like this ... Apr 19, 2019 First I want to clear up that I'm not really into shoujo, not specially like or dislike it, maybe it's just that still haven't come across a title that made me come down hard for the genre and so my familiarity and knowledge of it will be somewhat lacking in various aspects.
Having said that, this is my take on "Kamisama Hajimemashita". Getting it recomended from a friend that happened to be really enthralled with the anime I started reading the manga feeling skeptical and "surprinsingly"..it didn't really (appealed) to me: the characters, the pacing, the panelling, the drawings, and so on.
